cleanser for pissed-off, oily skin?

My skin is doing my head in! Been having great success with the OCM but in the last few weeks my oily t zone has reappeared and I have loads of bumps on my skin -white but not milia, although not squeezable, and only really visible when the light hits them a certain way IYSWIM. They feel horrible :(

My skin is really sensitive to sulfates and parabens so it needs to be natural and gentle. I previously used Dermalogica anti-bac wash but I see that's been discontinued now. Can anyone recommend anything similar?

Help!

when I was pregnant I bought a moisturiser for oily skin, it was quite cheap from asda and had teatree oil and witchazel in and worked well for me.

Maybe you could get some of those oils and wash your face with water with a drop of each? Can't get more chemical free than that :-)

don't give up re the OCM!!

What % of caster oil are you using? perhaps you need to up that? I just went back to it after not using caster oil for several months (just plain grape seed oil) and I got quite spotty for a while - now I'm on the "other side" skin is looking really good.

Do you moisturise afterwards? If you skin is really oily perhaps go without doing that for a while and see if things improve?

also what bas oil are you using? Might be time to change that and experiment with some other base oils?

I've actually switched to NUDE oil cleanser as I read rave reviews on it, that's the only thing I've changed! It was bloody expensive and I can't believe it's not better than my home-made OCM mix Shock

Although even with using my own oil mix, the white bump thing is still an issue, it seems like my pores just clog really easily or something.

I don't put oil on my forehead as it's really oily. Just using warm water and cotton wool there. But that's made no difference :(

Just been reading about dead sea magik soap and might give that a go.

so you have changed from basic oil to this NUDE oil and your skin gets worse - don't you think there is a link?

These are the ingredients in the NUDE oil: INGREDIENTS: glycine soja (soybean) oil, polyglyceryl-4-oleate, squalene, tocopherol acetate, fragrance (parfum), benzyl benzoate, linalool, eugenol. Not really NUDE is it?

If your skin is that sensitive, then tocopherol acetate (manufactured "Vit E"), Benzyl benzoate (alcohol based solvent - google it), linalool (its an alcohol) and perfume aren't really what you need.
