Hand cream for very dry hands

This time of year my hands get really dry & cracked (to the point of bleeding) unless I slap on loads of hand cream every night & before I leave the house. I have young (nappy wearing) DC so wash my hands loads of times during the day which doesn't help.

I tried a few diffetent creams a few years ago & found a neutrogena one to be good, but I wondered if you knew of something better?

I quite like putting loads of cream on at night & then wearing those little cotton gloves (although DH's joke about them being Michael Jackson's gloves is starting to wear a little thin!) so something really intensive which would mean I could wake up to gorgeous young looking hands would be fab!

I regularly use Bio Oil on my hand. Rub it on an and leave to soak in whilst reading my book before sleep. Helps to heal the cracking.

Avon parafin wax is also good.

Saw a hand mask in Wilko's last week. Made of some sort of material. Slip it on like gloves and wait a while. Also had some for feet. Dont know what it's like as not had chance to use yet.

Tisserand intensive.
Lovely smell.

I like shea butter from Loccitane

I also have to steer well clear of Carex hand soap.

Love Aveeno - cheap and it works. Argan Oil is good too.
