long line, stripy v-neck jumper

todya I bought a long line stripy v-neck jumper. the stripes are 2 colours of pink. it was from next.

having second thoughts as I think it may be too trendy for me (i'm a bit of a jeans, boots and polo necks girl),

question - does it need to have a chunky belt over it or will it look OK on it's own?

tell me it sounds nice and I should go for it...

c'mon style gurus, some opinions please

I have one similar and love it - but I am 26 weeks pg

I wear it with jeans, if I wasn't pg I think a belt looks nice

Jumper still in bag. Haven't even shown dh which is probably my answer. Think it'll go back...

I like them but tbh think without belts look just as good.
