PIL going to San Francisco, what should I ask them to pick up?

What can I ask them to get me from San Fran what I can't (or shouldn't because of the price)? I will be paying for the stuff, and want to get the best bang for my buck.

My skin is crappy at the moment - spotty, dull and blotchy, and my teeth could do with being a bit whiter, so anything you can recommend for these issues would be great.
