Alternative to Avon liquiglide eyeliner

I managed to perfect the art of applying eyeliner with the Avon Liquiglide eyeliners. Quite cheap at anything from £3 to £6 depending on the offer at the time. However, I am gutted they seem to be discontinued. They were in the sale book last week and Avon lady friend said they are no more now.

Please can MN ladies recommend an alternative? I don't get on as well with the pencil-type ones, I find they drag on the skin. They liquiglide was really easy to apply, just glided on....

The Max Factor one is pretty good, and I've heard a lot of good reviews from friends on the L'Oreal one. The applicators are slightly a different shape, so it will take getting used to a different application technique.

The more expensive ones that I like are Smashbox, Estee Lauder Doublewear and Shu Uemura's pen liner.

The Max Factor one is pretty good but it dries out very quickly. My favourite is Maybelline, think its called liner express.

The Bourjois felt pen one is fab and I got mine for 99p on Fragrance Direct.

I still find that I get the best line and the most control from an angled eye-liner brush and a good eyeshadow (wet down). The best bit is that you can use any colour and it is so much easier to correct if you make a mistake.

The MAC one is good but the ELF one is just as good as is only £1.50 www.eyeslipsface.co.uk/
