Skinny jeans: I might have found the holy grail

I have worn a pair of dark denim jeggings from Sainsbury's all day - and I have not had to hoik them up once.
The waistband is high enough to hold me in without looking like something my mum would wear. And they only cost £12.50. Grin

And no, I am not a troll from Sainsbury's - before anyone asks!

Are they on line?? Sounds fab!!

MischeviousMum · 29/01/2012 19:20

Might give them a try, am sick to death of 'hoiking' things up!

tassisssss · 29/01/2012 19:23

Fab! Do they come in different lengths? I need long and for that actually to be quite long!

I've been wearing primark ones for a tenner for the past couple of years but they are a little low slung for my liking.

I'm not sure if they're online.
I only saw them in standard length in my local store (banbury) but I'm 5ft10 and they are just above my ankle, if that helps.

Hmmm. Can you explain what they're like at the top please?

I have a pair from there from a few years ago and they have an elasticated wasitband and although they stay up they bag all the way down the thighs and legs.

So I am suspcious.

I've got these! They are very comfy, but have bagged a bit around the knee by the afternoon. Good for £12.50 though.

I think Sainsbury's sizing is very generous. When I bought my normal trouser size (18 Blush), the legs and thighs did go rather baggy.
This time I've gone a size down and the fit is much better.

Waistband is elasticated, plain at the front with two pockets on the back - if that helps.

All I can say is that at £12.50, it's worth giving them a whirl.
