What to wear with this dress

Hi, I am a short tubby (size 18) mum (with big boobs) who has to dress up (relatively speaking, usual attire jeans, Welles, sweatshirt) to represent our business on TV (very scared, but great opportunity).

Went shopping with a trusted friend yesterday and bought this dress. Ladies of MN, the background colour of the dress is navy, what di wear on my legs/feet. I have no, and do not intend to own any navy shoes...

I do however have a pair of these, could I wear theses with a pair of nude Matt tights?

Lovely dress. Are the likely to be filming your feet? Are you being interviewed at the business walking about or in a tv studio? Could you get away with black opaques? I would recommend you get your hair blow dried for extra confidence! Good luck.

Lovely dress and the shoes look perfect to wear with it. I actually think you should wear the nude matt tights as you suggested. You'll be in a studio I assume which will probably be warm.

Thanks ladies - the crew are coming to our showroom, hair appointment booked already for day before (needs a lot more attention then a blow dry )

Yes, I love the shoes. Would love to wear the black opaque tights, but think they would look wrong with the navy dress, and do not like dark tights with light shoes.

Will get oversized bag, also have a plain navy cardi and holdem in knickers from m&s purchased for job.

Glad I am on right track - not much confidence here in clothes shopping.
