Has anyone got the new 24hr Lancome foundation? Is it any good?

I tried to get samples of this...only my dc had other ideas and cried/whined and generally behaved in a way that meant i left the shop! I have had other lancome foundations so wondered if the shades are comparable and most importantly is it any good??? Is it very matt? The fact it says it lasts 24 hrs leaves me wondering if it will be drying.....thoughts please!

I tried to get a sample too the other day but at 2 different lancome counters the sales assistant was no where to be seen! Felt like helping myself.

I got my sample yesterday. Goes on really well (I use an ordinary foundation brush), no strong smell (unlike my Estee Lauder Double Wear).

Pu it on this morning at 8am and my skin still looks ok (fairly matt, t zone hasn't gone shine as is prone to do), but the foundation has worn off around my nose and chin. However I did forget to put my primer on this morning (I use the Lancome one) so will try again tomorrow with primer.

Is it the teint idole ultra one? Its good. I got a sample of this and the silky matte that the assistant said was better for my oily skin but like the ultra. though it does last better than both still a bit worn off as previous poster said by the end of the day

Id say tis fairly good but lacks the staying power of Doublewear. Nice texture though and good range of colours

Highly disappointing if it's meant to last 24 hours though and it's wearing off. Mhhhh would make me think twice......I would just love to put my foundation on first thing and then not have to touch it up all day AT ALL. Maybe this is unrealistic but I am eternally on the hunt!
