Which shoes, tights and bag!!

Help! I bought this dress www.newlook.com/shop/womens/dresses/mini-spot-belted-tunic_241712041 and this cardigan to go with it in green www.peacocks.co.uk/product/index.jsp?productId=6167111&prodFindSrc=paramNav&c=1000197

I have a long bead necklace in green blue and white to go with it.

BUT! I have no idea what colour bag, tights, or shoes to wear! Help! All I can think is green tights lol!

I would do black opaques and black shoes - too much to add another colour imo and overkill to do more green so black. And a brown/tan/metallic leather bag to avoid matchy with the shoes or clashy with the green
