What shoes/boots with this dress?

bought it in the sale in powder/beige and it looks really good. just above knee and will wear with a waist belt. nut (as with all frivolous purchases) I didnt consider what I would stick on my feet. should I go knee high boots? or something like this or just ballet flats and only wear it in decent weather? or brogues?

I am a shortarse (5'1") and slim with longish legs. I look better in mid calf boots than knee high though.

I was thinking woolly tights in mink/beige, but you are probably right. It is v spring/summery and looks good with a long cardie. So brogues or ballet flats? I don't do heels.

Love the dress, I'd probably team it with tights and brogues. That's what I'm doing with pretty much every dress I'm wearing at the moment until it's warmer.

Flats I woudl say

I could always get a pair of brogues to wear until the weather picks up. Ive not got any yet, because I didnt know what I would wear them with.
