having got drenched on the way to work, I decided to get a pair of trousers for the office in case it happens again.
it's rather unpleasant sitting here with wet knees...

it needs to be: non iron, small enough to fit a (small) desk drawer. look smart enough for the office.

would (polyester) school trousers be up for the job? if you can get them in a size 14?

Can you take them off and hold under the hand dryer in the loos? Grin I hate soggy clothes and have done this lots...

mousyMouse · 19/01/2012 12:26

no dryers here or I would have sat in the loos until trousers were dry

Next are pretty good for reasonably priced work type trousers.

I get my work trousers from there and don't generally iron themBlush

I got a nice pair from New Look recently, they are a sort of wool material so don't need to be ironed. Think they were £12 reduced from £20.
