Why does my mascara always end up in bitty little bits under my eyes?

I try not to touch my eyes when I have it on but after an hour it is always scattered below my eyes and looks terrible.

Is it because my mascara is crap?

I have never had this particular problem. I do run through mascaras pretty regularly though & I have used YSL faux cils & Chanel inimitable predominantly.

I echo the Estée Lauder recommendation but then practically all of my makeup is from there as although it is expensive it lasts so well and and you need such a little bit that it actually works out great value for money I think!
