Clothes for petite women

Have got my birthday coming up at the end of the month so thinking of buying a few nicer bits and pieces for my wardrobe but am coming across my usual problem in that I never really know where to look for the smaller women? I am 5ft 2" and a size 10. Any recommendations for good shops or online where I can take a look? Really like the idea of trying to wear a few more dresses with boots at the weekend but I can never usually find any to fit.

Précis Petite do some nice stuff but I only really buy office wear from there.

I am 5ft and a size 8 -10. The following are worth a look
M&S online petite range - You have to look past the frumpy stuff but there are some good pieces to be found. Have a great classic trench from there. Currently have my eye on this and this
Next petite also fits me well but again I am selective. Their high waist skinnies are good for me and I recently got this to wear to H's birthday dinner. H is still going on now about how nice I looked and he is not usually over complimentary!!
Boden petite also worth a go for trousers and jackets but £££
Not petite ranges but I find Warehouse dresses fit me well and seem to be cut for a petite frame. And some French Connection dresses also work well on me.

Thanks ladies some good ideas. Normally avoid M and S but will certainly take a peruse at their petite section on line. Have a huge M and S nearby but not sure they stock petite but can always try.

Debenhams have lots of different store franchises within their stores and I keep coming across petite ranges. Principles seem to do loads of petite clothes.

The other good thing about M&S is if you order online and it is not suitable, you can return to store for refund. No trips to the post office and no waiting for a refund.
