No7 Airbrush Away Primer - anyone tried this?

I've never used a primer or BB cream before, but am probably in need.

I have a £5 boots voucher so am thinking of buying either the Airbrush Away or the boots BB Cream. I usually use the Boots No 7 Tinted Moisturiser and think its a great product.

Would you use Airbrush away daily under a tinted moisturiser or keep it more for an evening out?

Your thoughts/comments before I splash out?

I have the airbrush away and I think it makes my skin look more even and smooth. I will be buying it again. I have thought about using the BB cream and might try it.

I have the airbrush and would buy it again. I have been impressed by it and it is better than the primer I was using previously. It gives a very smooth finish and keeps makeup in place. I use it under foundation. I also use the garnier bb cream when I don't need so much coverage.

I tried some of this on in Boots the other day. I've tried a lot of primers as I have large pores and don't want foundation to sink into them or emphasise them.

I would say that the Boots one is better than most primers, but is not as good as YSL matte touch primer. Obviously it will depend on your skin type. The Boots one is going more towards the YSL matte touch type in that it feels as if you have a smooth layer for applying makeup on. Other primer types don't give you that layer but brighten the skin. So it depends what you want a primer for.

I wear primer everyday to conceal my large pores, even though I don't wear any other makeup on many days. I certainly wouldn't save it for an evening out.

I tried that primer on the back of my hand in Boots the other day. It felt really nice and did seem to make the skin look smoother, so I will be going back to buy some. The BB cream seemed nice too and should be worth a try. I did like the Garnier one but it broke my skin out after a couple of days use so hopefully the No 7 will be a better alternative.

Ok think I'll give it a try - in need of something.
So it goes, moisturiser/Primer/Foundation or Tinted Moisturiser?
