It is very stylish, so it depends where your first date is going to be?
And I agree -I think it would look lovely with a scarf.

Ok have a sort of dusky pink pashmina. Can't really describe it but it's a strong nice pink iyswim. Any good?

Report
MarshaBrady · 10/01/2012 20:47

Yes that sounds good.

Very chic. You'll look great.

How do you wear it btw? Can you wear it as a scarf or does it have to be round the shoulders?

I think scarf would be lovely for lunch with girls / day out but for a date I'd go for a bright / silver statement necklace of some sort. Great dress and hope date goes really well!

Thanks now I just have to lose 5 pounds by next Wednesday!

Report
akaemmafrost · 10/01/2012 20:52

It could be a scarf, quite a thick one though. Maybe a thinner one would be better.

Report
MarshaBrady · 10/01/2012 20:53

Now I'm thinking, maybe no pashmina. The dress is lovely enough.

It's really plain though, black dress, tights, boots. Maybe necklace then.

Yes necklace is good.

Chunky cuff and something sparkly to throw light on your face. Otherwise you'll look like you're going to a funeral.
