Should I keep these shoes/boots or send them back?

My CC is groaning a bit after the sales and I'm trying to think clearly about purchases. Can I ask what you think of these please?

I need some grey shoes/boots to go with couple of pairs of work trousers, maybe grey skinny jeans and some dresses. They look slightly nicer IRL than in picture but don't know if they look a bit er, boring? Not right with dresses? Can i have yr honest opion? Should I send them back?

I like them. The only drawback is they are suede so you can't wear them in the rain.

I have these www.clarks.co.uk/find/keyword-is-hazelnut+ice/product-is-20347247 and I wear them under trousers, jeans, leggings although I haven't quite found the right dress to team them with. If you do keep them just spray a waterproof spray over them before you wear them out they should be fine

They look like fit flops or whatever those things are called.

e.g unpleasant. KG has so many shoes that are loads nicer.
