Great Plains quality is crap!

I ordered the Carnegie jacket, and is mostly polyester! It feels more primark... In the website it states 66% viscose, while in fact it's 66% polyester... Shall I demand that I least I get a refund for the PP back?

apparently you're entitled to a refund for delivery costs but not for cost of returns. worth a try though.
