Hi! Cannot remember if it was you that ordered the Boden Retro Tunic Dress like me? I wore mine last week for the first time - loads and loads of compliments. I ordered another colour the end of last week as I was so pleased with it. I hand washed the tunic on Saturday and dried it flat as per the label - but it has grown!! I rang to complain that the tunic was down to my calves now and Customer Services were already aware, she said they'd had hundreds sent back 
she has refunded me and sent me a returns bag and label and said that the one on order is likely to do the same .
Have you washed yours yet?
