I ordered some LK Bennett shoes yesterday (opinion was split whether they were gopping or not, but I like them 
). I realized about an hour after I ordered them that I had sent them to my billing address (empty house in the UK) rather than my shipping address (in Asia). I canceled the order by email as their common questions page tells me I can (as long as you cancel the same day).
Today I received an email from them telling me that the order has already been processed and sent out. I explained the situation and they tell me that I can re-order if I want - wtf? Am I really going to forget about a pair of shoes (that weren't cheap) that have been sent to the middle of nowhere to nobody and re-order at the same cost? Waiting for a response from LK Bennett but not impressed so far.....
