Thanks again for views on my Fitflop short boot colour choice yesterday.

Thanks to advice from that, have now found short Hooper which I want in chocolate too. (Think I've eliminated black), So my choice is now between the Hooper chocolate here:

Personally I like the toffee as I like the gold hardware on buckle, the chocolate has granite hardware which for me, looks a bit durge... The toffee looks a warmer colour than the choc too.

However, if you don't like gold and wear silver jewellery for example, then the choc is prob better.

Depends on your handbags too, do you have a brown bag (I know you were a Lucia/Milly/Pippa/Anna lover....not sure which you own now!)...

Also, maybe order both and try on with your clothes, sometimes the tone of a colour just sits better with your wardrobe...

I prefer toffee too.

Hi, madamme, happy new year! I'm a P and M Lucia fan and have one in chocolate with their very restrained, not-too-gold metalware. I normally wear silver rather than bright gold. (My Pippa is pale grey which doesn't work in winter IMO - also, I find Modalu's metalware too 'bright' but that's another story ...).

However, despite the above, I must say I think I too prefer the toffee FF. Don't think they'll clash with the Lucia but, as suggested, I really need to try. The chocolate seems perhaps a bit too safe - though not as much as the black. And anyway my long boots (Duo) are a nice deep choc and go perfectly with my Lucia. You can have too much of one colour.
