Dorothy Perkins 2 for £25 jeans - any good?

I need new skinnies and the new look ones were a bad buy. Definite bum sliders on me. Hmm

What are they like for quality and sizing?

My new look size 12 ones are too big around the waist by a lot but less big round the hips since I lost those of the baby weight.

I have a lot in my basket in Dorothy Perkins by not a lot in my bank account!

I had a pair of these in the summer which were a very flattering fit. I would say they were fairly true to size, if slightly on the large side.

They are what I think of as 'disposable' jeans though. Don't wash particularly well and won't look great after 6 months.

I have two pairs of gap legging jeans which wash really well and are really comfortable. They cost more like £40 but are worth it for the better quality. I do have to wear a belt with them most of the time as they can have a tendency to slide down - but I am very apple in shape and don't really have hips to hold them up. Suspect they'd stay up better on an hourglass or pear shape.

I've got the supersoft, super skinnies and whilst I don't think that they are 'super' skinny, they are like wearing pyjamas as they are so comfy! They are a little higher on the waist than new look and don't have a lot of bag in the knee as they are very stretchy. I am converted to them! They also don't stretch at the waist and start falling down like the NL ones.
