My lovely MIL has tender, swollen big toe joints due to arthritis and can't find any nice shoes for work ( office) or going out. The shoe needs to be moe enclosed, i.e. to cover higher up her instep and the front of her foot to avoid the joints when she bends her foot, so any shoe with a court or ballerina shape at the front is no good. She likes a mid or kitten heel and squarer toes. Hoping you mners can help...
