Help going to a wedding in 9 days

So far I've ordered 4 dresses online all of them hideous. I need help!

Wedding is being held in posh registry office then city pub.
Its my BIL wedding and the first I'm going to as a mum, so think I need to be more practical/ sensible then normal.
I'm 5'3'' size 16/18 was an hour glass shape but the baby has made my middle wobblier. I don't mind wearing trousers but I think I might prefer a dress at this point I might be going naked so really any suggestions would be most welcome.

this is a stunning dress and looked amazing on my size 18 sister, so elegant! She is probably 5'6 though

Oh that is lovely I've heard of phase 8 but never looked on their site before. I'm going to order one in each colour and then decide. Thanks Febreeze
