I just bought these boots www.kurtgeiger.com/women/shoes/satire-1.html in the sale, and I'm thinking maybe it was a mistake! Any advice gratefully received... are they nice or nasty? Should i take them back? If i keep them would i wear them with skirts/dresses or trousers?

Thanks!

They are not like 'ahh my eyes' hideous, but I don't love them. The rubbery sole and heel will probably mean they are quite comfy though.

How much did you pay? Think if i'd paid £75 I'd send them back.

farandflyaway · 05/01/2012 15:17

they're ok. not the best pair i've seen for £75 by a long shot, but not terrible. i think they're just a bit "meh" (in a nice way). they'd go with a lot of what i wear, but they wouldn't become a favourite pair, IYSWIM.

hmm, good point. They are comfy, but maybe somewhat ugly... think i may have to send'em back!

Thanks for the opinion!

I LOVE them!!! I think you should keep them.

bonzo77 · 05/01/2012 22:37

they are a bit bleugh. Would be better without the straps, or if straps were the grey suede.

fedupofnamechanging · 05/01/2012 22:51

I don't like the straps - think they would annoy me cos they seem to be a pointless addition.

racingheart · 06/01/2012 09:26

I like them too. But I like Kurt Geiger shoes generally.

I'd far rather spend £75 on those than on some fugly Clarke's boots, which I'd buy faithfully for years before working out they were uncomfortable, fell apart and looked nasty.
