Beauty Flash Balm - what do i do with it?

I've just found a new tube i was given and have had it in the past but it was so old i binned it in the end.

I only wear foundation very occasionally so do i apply it straight after showering but before my normal moisturiser goes on? OR do i only apply it if wearing make up?

I've always been a little confused over what to do with it?!
Thanks!

Hi, you put it on after moisturiser and before foundation. It is brilliant. I get tubes every xmas - can make three tubes last nearly a year.

But.... if you like it but can't afford to replace, I recommend the Marks and Spencer version which is about £9 and works almost as well.

I just slather them on, the more the better I reckon! I have been using them so long, my face feels really dry if I only use moisturiser before my foundation.

Enjoy!

On phone so can't link, but on the Lisa Eldridge site there's a video about primer in the 'basics' action in which she talks about application. She also talks about beauty flash balm during it (towards the end, from memory).

I use about half a pea-sized amount and smooth it on before foundation, applying foundation immediately.

Thanks for your replies - is it good to use if you're not wearing foundation anyway?

I mix it with my foundation for a healthy glow!

You're meant to tap it into the skin, use your ring finger as you'll be more gentle. Don't rub it in, just tap tap tap until it absorbs. I use it after moisturising to tighten up the skin.
