Hervia have totally messed up my order and have in fact cancelled parts of it.
I only found out when I got my delivery this evening, which is too late. Function is this weekend and I thought I had it all tied up because they never bothered to phone or email even though they had my details.
What is the point in companies taking your contact details if they don't use them to contact you?
It's completely put me off dealing with Hervia ever again.
Has anyone else had problems with them?
