Which bag? for mums with toddlers or youngish children

Would you buy this bag? my youngest is nearly 2 and definitely my last (have 2 other children too) still carry round quite a bit and fed up with drinks leaking and my bags getting generally dirty which can't be cleaned. Not even started toilet training yet so will be carrying spare clothes for dd soon.

My criteria for a bag is, must be a cross body type, waterproof, easy to clean, zipped main opening and not look too odd if i have no children with me.

My worry is this bag looks too much like a changing bag (which it correctly is) and is it a bit late to be buying a changing bag. What type of bags to other mums use.

I have a 3yo and a 2 month old and I have a North Face messenger bag which I love, but I think this type of bag depends very much on your own style. I am sporty and outdoorsy, so it suts me well.
