I wet my hair fully in the shower before I swim. This keeps it from absorbing more water in the pool (or i hope it does) I wear a swim cap too.

Be sure to have a filling, low calorie snack right after swimming. Swimming makes me hungrier than running for calories burned and i am always at risk to over eat after a swim.

Look at yourself in your swimsuit every few weeks to make sure it is not see-through from wear. (learned this the hard way)

I like boyleg type swimsuits so I don't have to do the "plucked chicken" thing "down there" Blush.

If you are large of nork, cross-back or racer-back swimsuits. Or the cup-sized ones from Bravissimo or similar.

Always wash your cozzie through as soon as you get home otherwise the chlorine will rot the material. My last one lasted 7 years by doing this and I swim at least 3 times a week Grin

Yy to rinsing out your swimsuit post swim.

I keep a wash bag in my gym bag and have travel sizes of my usual shampoo and intensive conditioner in there. Rinse, rinse, rinse your hair after your swim but before you shampoo (& yy to the pre swim rinse too).

I use a body oil & put it on in the shower cubicle as then skin is still damp.

Put LOADS of your facial moisturiser on before and after swimming.

Use flip flops to avoid veruccas!

Can't comment on mascara as I have eyelash extensions.
