I need a floor lamp and a table lamp - probably cream or a browny sort of colour.

I then need (different room) a neutral sort of rug plus something 'accessorisey' in bright pink and/or lime green. Everything in the room is v neutral except for the cushions which have mad pictures with lime and pink in them and I think it needs to be seen somewhere else in the room - but cheap because I will get bored of the cushions in a year or so!

Oh and I want a huge picture for the kitchen too - maybe band or film inspired?

Cheeky bump and another question -

Would you
a) buy a new desktop computer and have on a desk in the 'back room' or
b) get rid of the skanky old desk, replace it with a two seater sofa and have a new laptop?

We replaced our desktop over a year ago - we have a built-in workstation thingy which is quite nice, so it would have been redundant without a new PC.

But if you only have a skanky old desk, get a lap-top and new sofaSmile

Unless you have loads of really important stuff to do and need a big PC of course!

All I ever do on the desktop is work stuff (Word and PPT), MN and look at frocks! :) I am not at all important.

I think we could live without the desk as a storage thing but would need another bookcase.
