I need to lose 2 stone before Friday and as I have zero chance of doing that I need to invest in a good support suit thingy!

Can anyone please recommend a good one?

Thank you.

Someone on here recommended the M&S magic knickers (I needed hold you in pants 3 and a half months after having DD in order to look half decent in a dress for a friend's wedding, and they're great. Simon Cowell style high waist and good control). Think they also do ones that only come up to your waist but are cycling short style to restrain squidgy bottoms!

also the Primark stuff is brillliant, i have the high waisted knickers which are a fiver or less and amazing. The range includes the ones that go down your legs (not needed here, smug). honestly better than spanx!!
