Best treatment for dark circles? (natural/make up or creams/products..)

help! i know that it is partially genetic butim only 22 and my dark circles are horrid, dont help that im very pale.

2 things:

take a good omega 3 supplement every day and
buy touch eclat or body shop under eye conceiler, boyh have light reflecting properties.

There was once an amazing thread by someone who had developed a quite long but apparently very successful routine to hide black circles and tear tracks - if you search for tear tracks, you'll hopefully find it .

I don't follow her routine btw, I just use a little concealer. It definitely looks better.

I use Lily Lolo mineral makeup (foundation, concealer, and blusher). I find it really good for my pale skin.

There's a Garnier roller thing that is a concealer and has caffeine and lemon in it. I've just got one and it definitely helps and is very easy to use.
