I watched the promotional video on the Boots site and couldn't tell which of her hands had been 'treated'.

yeah me too mrssean with the video! but i went in to boots earlier and tried it on my hands and you CAN tell a difference, definitely. i didn't buy it though as i have been basically splurging money right left and centre lately and i am going to wait till i next get paid i think! but i can't wait to get some.
