NATURAL BASED BEAUTY PRODUCT

Hello

I'm doing a school project which involves creating a natural based beauty product. So this questionnaire is part of my research and I would really appreciate some responses for it. Also, feel free to include any suggestions or ideas. www.surveymonkey.com/s/VCTLM6P
