Have just got mine out the box and tried it for the first time. All good for a few mins. Less than 5 mins after I started using it the brush has stopped rotating when I press either of the > buttons. I read this happens on the cool setting but have tried on all 3 heat settings and no rotating happening. Is there a way of locking it? Have I inadvertently pressed something? Or is mine broken?
