I too have the new year resolution that I will be more groomed. I won't let the dreaded dark roots get to the point I can't look in the mirror. I will not pick clothes off the floor to wear....I will remembering was once a groomed kind of person. So with my new shellac nails in place, my hairdressing app on new years eve I now need to know everything about scarves. How big do they need to be to look casually groomed as I am not sure I can wear the wee neck ones that French ladies pull off so well. Suggestions of where to buy and what to do with them would be very very welcome please.
