Haircut help!

Mum has just phoned, she's paid for me to have a cut/ colour today!

I don't know what to do at all. Hair is super fine, double crown and cow lick, wavy ish, shortish, currently dark but probably going to go for bright red.

I have a round face. (there's a recent pic on profile if that helps!)

Style ideas please!

I find it helpful when going to hairdressers to google pics (so put in 'hairstyles short') then make up a selection I like, print off, take to hairdressers and ask what would suit me best, if they all variations on the same 'style' IYKWIM.

Think you should keep some streaks/highlights, IMO, usually give fine hair more movement/body.
