Landsend jacket - how to stop the feather shedding?

OK, so I took the plunge and bought this:
www.landsend.co.uk/pp/Diamond-Down-Parka-~15291_59.html?bcc=y&CM_MERCH=IDX_00002__0000000055&origin=index
I love it! It's SO warm. But ... when will it stop shedding feathers? Is there anything I can do? It has little white bits sticking out of the jacket and my car seat is covered.

Sorry, don't have the answer for you, but I have just bought the same coat & have plucked a few feathers out on my first wear today! I'm not sure it makes too much difference as I have a down & feather one from Per Una which is a few years old now & still sheds feathers, and it is still really really warm. A bit annoying though, esp when wearing black underneath it!

I bought one of these and it shed constantly. I contacted customer services to ask if this was normal and was told that they'd had quite a few complaints about a certain batch of these jackets. They sent me a new one out the same day. Great service!
