I need a smart outfit for NYE dinner at home

I was thinking of a top and trousers - something comfortable but a bit dressy. I saw a lovely jersey top with sequins on the front from Phase Eight but didn't buy it and now it's gone. Xmas Angry.
Any links please?
Budget - under £50 for the top and same for the trousers.
