Hi. I am a serial lurker but wanted to ask those of you who may have this coat whether you are experiencing this with the coat. Trying to do a link

www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B005LFXIAS/ref=s9_simh_gw_p193_d0_g193_i3?pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=1Y763VPP7BE3E0KFBDSN&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=467128533&pf_rd_i=468294

I only bought it yesterday from TK Maxx and haven't removed the tags but there is lots of little bits of down coming our already. Amazon and one other place has a review saying the same but I saw a poster on here when I did a search who said she loved the coat. Is it faulty or just something that happens at the beginning? Whatever the price I can't afford to mess around buying lots of coat this winter and want to be warm!

Any advice appreciated.

I have this coat, and I have had the odd piece of down and the odd feather come out. My Dp has a Berghaus down coat and his does the same so I don't think it's anything out of the ordinary.

Pillows lose the odd feather, so I assume feather/down coats do too. Smile

I got mine for Xmas last year and it's still keeping me warm and toasty this winter. I've even washed it (minus the hood) in between.

That's good to hear. It fits so nicely and seems so warm (which seems to become more important to me the older I get). It would be a shame if it was no good. Thanks for the reply.
