Navy dress, what shoes, or boots and tights?

What tights and shoes do you all suggest for this dress?

Pretty dress! I can't bear brown shoes with black tights, or open toed shoes with tights - I would go with black closed-toed shoes or low knee boots.

I would go for black knee boots and black tights (that's right, BLACK, all of you obsessive 'rule sheep followers'!!)

Navy shoes and coffee/taupe (or is it silver grey) tights. But then I'm a bit matchy-matchy.

I would go with navy velvet/matt opaques and black patent shoes

Ooh the ideas, so I have black Matt tights and wedge heeled black courts.

I have also ordered sone brown retro 70's ish style courts with high heel and buckles from new look that I might wear with beige knitted tights that have nordic patterns in navy for a more casual look?

Does that sound ok?

I was frying to get some rusty red wedges (closed toe) from office but no chance of delivery before Xmas. They had been my first choice.
