Garnier miracle skin perfector BB stuff - is it a foundation, a primer or what?

it is fantabulous - i had a free sample in a magazine. the minute i finish my Laura Mercier foundation stock i'm buying the garnier one for a quarter of the price because it's even better than Laura Mercier and thats saying something.

It gives far better coverage than tinted moisturiser, so I'd lean towards the foundation category. I do love it, but I have oily skin and it makes me a little shiny if I've walked briskly to work!
