How can I help my sore lips?

They are so sore and red :( Have been using vaseline cocoa butter but it's not doing much. Is there anything else I can use?

Drink more water. Its a sign that you are dehydrated.

I use Aveeno lotion on mine, I can't use Vaseline as its too oily and dries them out more.

Blistex for sure! It's amazing stuff!
For me Vaseline just tends to "sit there" & not really penetrate.
It definitely helps in preventing chapped lips but, it'll not save them once the chapped thing has started.

Love Badger Balms, and so do my daughters. No petroleum, nice natural oils you could cook with. My favorite is the cardamon-tasting one.
