Help me stop losing earrings- is it possible?

I wear quite a few earrings which have hooks and not butterflies. Over the years I've lost loads- they get snagged on high necked jumpers or scarves and fall out.

Does anyone have any solution to this? can you buy butterflies to use with hook type earrings?

I use the little plastic tubes that come with them on the packaging to stop that problem.

I have this problem too. Have now found some clear plastic backs on amazon for a couple of pounds. Get loads in the pack too.
