Black trousers for a short lady

I am very tiny 4'10 to be precise . I hate clothes shopping because most things just don't suit me, because I'm toooo short, I always have My jeans, trousers taken up, which is a nightmare. I am after some nice black trousers that wont lose their shape if I take them up. Thry need to be just plain black, bootcut and size 10, budget no more than £30. Oh I really hate hate being so short.
