Waterproof jacket for 2-4 year old?

Where can I get a reasonably priced one? We had a JojoMamanBebe one but I just had a fit when I saw they're selling at £27.

I know they do come up on Ebay, but I wondered if any others were okay.

DS is just 2 but big for his age (99th centile) and has a particularly big head. The Jojo jacket was a bit of a tight fit over his head.

You could try Mountain Warehouse - they seem to have a lot at clearance price at the mo. Don't know what their sizing is like for little kids.

Trespass are v good and cheap. Sizing not that generous though. You can buy from various online places or try the trespass outlet online.
