Leather belt buckle

My dh comes up in a rash whenever his belt buckle rubs on his skin, unfortunately he tends not to tuck his tshirt in/wear a vest to sort this issue so I was wondering whether anyone can recommend anywhere that stocks guys belts with leather buckles?

Try painting the underside of the metal buckle with a few coats of nail varnish. It then takes the metal from direct contact with the skin
