Combination skin - what are your must-have products?

My skin is not very happy at the moment so I thought I would pick your collective MN brain! Luxury and budget ideas welcome.

Mine would currently be:
Hot Cloth Cleanser (No7)
Flannel
Astral face cream

apart from the flannel, none of the above - sorry
aesop mandarin moisturiser is brilliant as a day cream - I would use oil at night, something like jojoba

Clinique Turnaround Concentrate, Clinique superdefense spf 25, Dr Hauschka rose cream for when my skin is feeling extra dry, almond oil at night, muslin cleansing cloths to use occasionally with Simple Refreshing facial wash gel. I've also started only using face wash once a day, at night, instead of twice and it's helping with winter dryness.
