Does anyone know any good dvd for workout at home? Ideally I wouldn't like to have to use any special equipment... I need to lose some weight and firm up.

Thank you!

30 day Shred is great, short bursts every day which really works. I also like Billy Blanks Tae Bo kick boxing, as well as good old Davina, she does various ones, all pretty good.Smile

another vote for shred

I didn't weigh myself but I really toned up -really noticeable on my belly

it's only a 30 minute workout which you do everyday and has 3 levels of difficulty -the only thing I don't like is jumping jacks which I can't do because I have a dodgy knee, so I just replace that bit with jogging on the spot to keep my heart rate up

Davina McCall's DVDs , absolutely brilliant, I used them about 3-4 times a week, completely changed my shape ( for the better ). You can pick and choose various 15/20 minute sessions. I hate exercise but I got hooked on these.

thank you so much for all your replies! I am short on time and brand new in the dvd workout thing!

I see that a new dvd is on it's way... www.amazon.co.uk/Jillian-Michaels-Ripped-30-DVD/dp/B005IW0V7W/ref=sr_1_8?s=dvd&ie=UTF8&qid=1323889236&sr=1-8 Do you suggest that I should pre-order that?
