you know those long tops

that are in all the shops at the moment. Am i right in thinking they are designed to be worn with those horrible skinny jeans?

I kept seeing nice tops today but didn't bother buying any as i thought they were for skinny jeans and i don't think they look nice...unless youre a size 6.

do you mean t-shirts which could double as a (fitted) t-shirt dress (if you were a teenager)?
I have a Top Shop one which I wear with skinny jeans (conceals muffin top).

i saw somwone wearing one of them, belt on the outside of it, and jeans tucked into boots. Tried it at home, and it looks ok, and I'm a size 18. Nearly 6ft tall tho.

Yes I bought one of those to wear at New Year, its sort of the 80's look and I too wear mine with skinny jeans tucked into my boots with a belt over the top, I like it because even though I have a pot belly I can hide it quite well in this.

omg I love them

am currently 24 weeks pg and have stripy ones from top shop and warehouse, size 14 fit perfectly over bump and I can wear with normal hipster jeans

Tbh I bought it as I love the black and white stripe effect and didn't realise how long it was until I got it home but ssshhhhh don't tell anyone as I really am a fashion queen

I got it in Debenhams, its very 80's - I even bought some big black hoop earrings and a black plastic bracelet.

Think Pepsi and Shirley......

ye, thats what i meant kama.

I liked the long tops but even at a size 10/12 i didn't fancy those skinny jeans!

Its by Rare, have you heard of it? I hadn't but I usually buy Morgan or Warehouse when I go to Debenhams.

If I could do photo links I would have done one but sadly I cannot.

Not sure I heard of rare. I've checked the site but no luck. I normally get stuff by the 'designers at debenhams', rocha, or a&a etc. I find a&a jeans fit me really well. I'm tall, and a bit curvy since having the dts, so morgan and warehouse don't really fit me any more.
