He wears more brown and not lot of blue (mediterranean colouring), but I think the colour could be dodgy?

Slightly on the shit scale.

It's more of an olive green than brown. I like that it's 80pc wool and that it has all those little coloured flecks in. If you think it would suit him, then get it; it's a lovely colour.

Elbow patches are in. It's not jobby coloured.

Lots of my trendy students are wearing elbow patches....

Not sure DH qualifies as trendy though!

Honestly it looks a little shitty brown. Go for a nice beige or dark brown colour..
